This is a new herb we planted for the first time this year, and we actually planted it kind of late. I believe it was in June. It was planted to try to distract rabbits from eating our roses. And it seems to have worked. It’s Mexican Sage. And who knew it would bloom these beautiful purple flowers in the fall, just like the pineapple sage I posted a pic of yesterday. We’ll definitely be planting more next year around the garden! In the picture below, you can see the pineapple sage in the background.
