This is the new console we bought at Garden Ridge on Sunday for our living room TV.  We previously used a sofa/hall table that was open underneath so it had no storage. Our DVD collection was spread out in about 3 or 4 different places.

J and I both fell in love with the colors of this piece and its unique design.  So, after taking some measurements we went back and picked it up.  It matches the colors of our living room perfectly, even the shade of blue is in some wall art in the room.  It looks great and is a nice anchor to the room now.

We didn’t stop there though!  We also bought new nightstands. Our old ones were actually Oriental shaped plant stands.  Again, no storage!  The new ones have multiple drawers and are much more functional.
