Lone Writer’s Log Book: Day 51, 2017

I have so many questions about potato salad.
Sunday vibe.
My new purple snails are so fleek!
For the first time ever, I made mushroom risotto. How gauche!
In 2017, I started keeping a journal. I'd tried a diary many times in my life and always abandoned it because I didn't know what to write about and my life wasn't very interesting. My life still isn't very interesting, so I use journaling as a way to relax and unpack my brain when needed. I sketch, I rant, I make lists, I write about writing. There are no rules. And I don't do it every day. But as of today, I've filled 10 journals so that's something. As @austinkleon says, keep going! The pages do add up!
When you realize it's Sunday and you have to go back to work tomorrow and it doesn't really matter because everyday is the same and you are just caught up in an endless loop like Bill Murray in that ground hog day movie but you are going to get through this thanks to cookies. @jostheun #dogsofinstagram #covid_19
