This is my second favorite spring flower we have. I posted a picture last week of the first to bloom. Now we have 12 in the garden. It’s an purple allium onion bulb. Like I mentioned before, each bulb only produces one flower each year and they are very delicate. Break the stem and it’s done for the year. They stay colorful for a very long time once they bloom. And you can pick the flower when it fades and add it to a dried arrangement.
