Is anyone else enjoying Pinterest as much as I am this year? I’m a newbie and just got started. It’s fun to think of a topic and type it in and just look at all the things you find. Kind of the way Google was or AOL back in the day. And I have actually gone back to my collected pins to look up stuff again. We’ll see how long the fad lasts, but for now the app on my Kindle makes it an awesome time killer! Feel free to look me up and follow.

I opened an account once, but then closed it. I don’t think I really understand how it works.
It took some time for me to figure it out too. It’s kind of like Evernote if you’ve ever used that. It’s basically an online bulletin board and you can divide it by subjects, add your own pins to your boards, or borrow from others. Like I said, I get lost in it on the weekend just looking at stuff. Very inspiring though for writers and a good way to collect ideas.
I need to try it again. I hadn’t realized you could borrow from others. I pictured myself as sort of sitting by myself in a room pinning things to a bulletin board. Sounds like there’s more to it than that. 🙂
Oh no! Just go there and look up a subject and you’ll find all kinds of goodies that have already been pinned.
