It wouldn’t be summer without a jug of sun tea. Today I made blackberry mint tea. I used 8 Lipton Blackberry tea bags, 3 cups of sugar, and about a dozen fresh picked spearmint leaves from our herb garden. I tore the leaves and added everything to a glass jug of water. Then, I let it sit outside in the hot summer sun for about 4 hours. It is quite yummy over ice!
