366 of Me: Day 13

You guessed it.  Another box.  This one is a photo box displaying four photos from a 1997 trip to Savannah, Georgia.  The snapshot you see in the photo is of a statue in Bonaventure, Cemetery.  The tour guide told us this statue almost became the cover of John Berendt’s Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.  The photographer changed his mind at the last minute though because he thought this statue was too angelic for the book. The infamous Bird Girl got the cover instead, and as you know, it definitely makes for a better cover.
