As a best friend of mine likes to say…”Oh Lawd!”
Back in my twenties, I enjoyed reading the occasional erotica. Gay fiction was definitely my forte for its…ahem…stimulating story lines.
Today, more or less, I just find it jarring to read and would rather get my jollies by watching…did I just admit that?
But there was a book that I read last year that turned me on in a strange way. It’s First Person Plural by Andrew W. M. Beierle. It is the story of two conjoined twins – one who is gay and one who is straight. They each have their own head and their own heart, but they share the rest…including a penis.
And there are some bizarre and steamy sex scenes in this book, but they are not cheap and not really meant to excite either. But they may definitely turn you on in some odd or sensitive way. It definitely helped to convey their struggles with love and relationships.
You can read my review of the book here.
