Here’s the pic of the purple Iris that I mentioned in yesterday’s post, our first to bloom this year…

And here he is surrounded by his friends.  Notice the other buds around him are lighter in color and will probably be lavender, so I have no idea where this dark fella came from. I hear him saying, “Just gotta be me!”
