With my first month of losing weight and going to the gym ending yesterday, I’m proud to say I’ve lost one more pound. That brings my first month total loss to seven pounds! Not bad for the first month. Sure, I would have loved to have lost more, but I think I’m on a healthy route so far.
I also did a lemon detox last week where I besides coffee or milk, I only drank lemon water the whole week. I could definitely tell a difference in some habits, but I don’t really know if that was attributed to the lemon or not.
Next week I’m planning to just keep up the good habits and maybe cut the calorie count just a bit more per day. Wish me luck!
I need to start eating smaller sized dinners, i like to see a mountain of food.
