1 More Pound Down…

I only lost 1 pound last week.  Better than nothing I guess.

I worked out on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday though – switching up my schedule because of plans I had on Friday.  I really should have gone to the gym on Saturday and pushed myself just a bit more but after a long day of errands I didn’t make it.  Sunday I practically had the gym all to myself. Tuesday was a nightmare at the gym, very crowded, just like the Monday prior.  And Thursday was busy but I still had a could pick of any of the equipment.

So, in two weeks I’ve lost a total of 3 pounds.  As far as food goes, I didn’t switch up my routine much this past week from the previous week.  In fact, there were a few days in there where I actually reached 2,000 calories.

I bought lots of fruits and veggies and healthy snacks again this week so I should have no trouble with food groups and such. But I’m still going to try to cut the calories just a bit more. Two days last week I came in at just under 1,000. One day I was just over 1,000.  Three days last week I was just over 2,000, and then yesterday I cut way back and barely hit 700 calories.  And wouldn’t you know it…the day’s I was over 2K were the days I didn’t go to the gym.

So what’s the plan this week?  I’m going back to the Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine of the gym and I’m going to step it up just a bit.  Still counting calories though and writing everything down in my journal.  Just going to try to double what I burn.

I’m going to push for another 2 pounds this week.  Wish me luck!!
