I just weighed in and I’m proud to say I lost 2 pounds during my first week back to the gym!
Yay Me!!
I was secretly hoping for 3, but I’ll take 2.
It’s a slow but good start!
So, my plan this week will be the same as last week except I’m going to step it up just a bit more at the gym and shoot for just 5 more minutes of calorie burning per trip.
